We're a family-owned Australian business and we're glad you're here. By using our website or placing an order with us, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, so please have a read before you order. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, just get in touch before purchasing (email details below) and we'll do our best to help.

1. About Us

​

We're a family-owned Australian business, proudly serving customers since 2009. We sell plumbed-in water coolers, filtration systems and accessories online across Australia.

2. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

​

Nothing here takes away from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If anything in these Terms ever conflicts with the ACL, your rights under the ACL come first.

3. Orders and Acceptance

​

  • When you place an order, you're making us an offer to buy, which we'll usually accept, but we do reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in some circumstances.

  • This might happen if we reasonably believe an order has been placed by a reseller or distributor without an arrangement with us, if quantity limits have been exceeded, or if we're unable to verify payment.

  • If we do need to cancel an order after payment's been taken, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

  • We just ask that you give us accurate, up-to-date details, like your delivery address, email and payment info, so we can get your order to you smoothly.

4. Pricing and Product Information

​

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless we say otherwise.

  • Prices, descriptions, specifications and availability can change without notice, and while we do our best to keep everything on our website accurate, occasional errors can slip through (including with colours and finishes, which can look slightly different screen to screen).

  • If we spot a pricing or listing error, we may need to correct it or amend/cancel an affected order, even after it's been placed. If this happens, we'll always reach out to let you know, and refund you in full if the order can't go ahead.

  • We may need to limit sales by customer, region, or jurisdiction from time to time.

5. Payment

​

  • We accept card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay and Zip Pay at checkout, whatever suits you best.

  • We never store your full card details.

  • By ordering, you're confirming that any payment details you provide are your own, or that you're authorised to use them.

  • If you choose a Buy Now, Pay Later option like Afterpay or Zip Pay, your instalment agreement is with that provider, not with us, so their terms will apply to that part of the deal.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

​

Changed your mind, or something's not quite right? Our [Returns & Warranty Policy] covers all of that and forms part of these Terms.

8. Toowoomba Leasing

​

If you're local to Toowoomba, we also offer leasing as an alternative to buying outright. Here's what that looks like:

​

  • We install your system free of charge, using our own licensed plumber

  • Servicing, filter changes, maintenance and repairs are all included for the life of your agreement

  • Payments are processed automatically, weekly or monthly (whichever suits you), and a small dishonour fee may apply if a payment doesn't go through

  • The minimum lease term is 48 months

  • We back it with a 30-day "love it or we'll remove it" guarantee — if you're not happy in the first 30 days, just email us and we'll remove the system and cancel your lease, free of charge

  • After those first 30 days, an early exit fee applies if you'd like to end the lease before the minimum term is up

  • Once the minimum term ends, your lease simply continues on the same terms unless you or we decide to end it, and servicing, filter changes, maintenance and repairs keep being included for as long as it runs

  • We ask that the system stays at its original installation address unless we've approved a move in writing

  • Occasionally we may need to adjust lease pricing due to rising costs, but we'll always give you reasonable notice first

  • Just a heads up, COâ‚‚ refills aren't included in the lease price for systems with sparkling water functionality

9. Product Use and Installation

​

  • Under Australian Plumbing Codes, plumbed-in filtration and water cooler systems need to be installed by a licensed, qualified plumber. We're not responsible for the workmanship of the plumber who installs your system.

  • Please install, use and maintain your product in line with the user guide and installation instructions provided, this keeps your warranty valid and helps keep things safe.

  • It's worth holding onto your installation invoice/receipt and any servicing records, as we're not able to keep these on file for you.

10. A Few Important Legal Bits

​

To the extent the law allows, and always subject to your rights under the ACL:

​

  • These Terms cover the full extent of what we promise you, we don't make any other warranties beyond what's set out here.

  • We can't be held responsible for indirect or flow-on losses connected to your use of our website, products or services, including things like lost profits or damage caused by incorrect installation, use, or maintenance.

  • If something does go wrong with your purchase, our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing or resupplying the goods (or covering the cost of doing so), except where the ACL says otherwise.

  • We can't guarantee our website will always be up and running perfectly, but we'll do our best.

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

​

  • Everything on our website, our text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to us or is used with permission, so please don't copy or reuse it without checking with us first.

  • We just ask that you use our website fairly and don't do anything that could damage or disrupt it.

 

12. Privacy

​

We take care of your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy [link]. By using our website, you're agreeing to that.

13. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business grows, so it's worth checking back occasionally. The version live on our website at the time you order is the one that applies.

 

14. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be handled by the Queensland courts.
